Reservations

Reservations can be made through the following channels:

Once the request is received, the hostel will confirm availability and provide the necessary details to complete the reservation.
Payment method

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment options:

Cash or bank transfer

Credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa

PayPalPayment links through platforms such as WeTravel or other authorized electronic methods

Payment may be required in advance or at the time of check-in, depending on the selected rate, promotion, or specific booking conditions.
Cancellation, Modification, and No-Show Policy
Hostal Mía Leticia establishes the following conditions for cancellations, reservation modifications, and no-show cases, in order to ensure proper management of availability and services.
Free cancellations:

Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the arrival date will not incur any additional charges. The guest may cancel the reservation without penalty.
Same-day cancellations:

If the cancellation is made on the scheduled check-in day, the establishment will apply a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Reservation modifications:

Requests to modify dates or make changes to the reservation must be made in advance and are subject to the property’s availability. The hostel reserves the right to apply rate adjustments in case of changes to dates or room type.
Partial-charge cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value, according to the conditions of the platform or payment method used.
No-show:

If the guest does not arrive at the property on the reservation date and has not made a prior cancellation, the reservation will remain active during the arrival day.

If no communication, response, or information is received from the guest to justify the absence, the reservation will be marked as a “No Show.”

In this case, Hostal Mía Leticia will proceed to charge 100% of the total reservation value, in accordance with the conditions established by the booking platform or the payment method used.
Early departure:

If the guest decides to end their stay before the originally reserved departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights, unless previously agreed with the management.
